Thank you, Merci, Danke, Gracias, Grazie, Teşekkür, and on and on for amazing times at the PuSh Festival in Vancouver last night. Performing alongside the Coastal Sound Youth Choir (under the direction of the amazing Carrie Tennant), The Salteens, Ashleigh Ball of Hey Ocean, and my beloved Woodpigeon Noise Power Trio bandmates made me realize how much a part of me this whole messy, occasionally disheartening, but forever incredibly inspiring and fulfilling “music thing” really is. A grand start to 2014…
